We also offer competitive rates for hourly chauffeured limousine and car service rentals for sporting events, concerts, weddings, nights on the town, or any other special event. What are your hours of operation?
Our transportation services are available 24/7 upon reservation.
Can I pay with credit card?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards: Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express.
Are there any additional taxes or fees?
We do not charge taxes, fuel surcharge, and there are no hidden fees. The quoted rates are for one-way transfers and if additional stops are made along the way, there will be waiting time charge. The driver’s gratuity is not included for Town Car and SUV transfers. All limousine, Van, and Charter Bus rates include driver’s gratuity.
Can my driver meet me inside the terminal?
Yes, we do offer in-terminal Meet & Greet for an additional charge of $25.
What if my flight to Phoenix is early or late?
We do monitor your flight and will stage your driver at the airport limousine lot in time for your arrival. We do not charge waiting time for delayed flights. We do not charge your credit card if your flight is cancelled. If you miss your scheduled flight, please call and reschedule your reservation

Cancellation Policy

Airport Transfer Sedan/SUV
Reservations can be canceled up to 12 hours prior to the time of arrival/pick up without any charges. For cancellation within 12 hours prior to the reservation, 50% of the total estimated amount of the service cost will be charged. There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 8 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time. We do not charge waiting time for delayed flights. We do not charge your credit card if your flight is cancelled. If you miss your scheduled flight, please call and reschedule your reservation.
Airport Transfer Limousine/VAN/Bus
Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the time of arrival/pick up without any charges. For cancellation within 48 hours prior to the reservation, 50% of the total estimated amount of the service cost will be charged. There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time.
Charter Sedan/SUV
Reservations can be canceled up to 12 hours prior to the time of departure without any charges. For cancellation within 12 hours prior to the reservation, 50% of the total estimated amount of the service cost will be charged. There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 8 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time.
Charter Limousine/VAN/Bus
Reservations can be canceled up to 72 hours prior to the time of departure without any charges. For cancellation within 72 hours prior to the reservation, 50% of the total estimated amount of the service cost will be charged. There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time.
Special Event Limousine/VAN/Bus
During seasonal events such as Superbowl, Fiesta Bowl etc., reservations can be canceled up to 1 week prior to the time of departure without any charges. For cancellation within 1 week prior to the reservation, 50% of the total estimated amount of the service cost will be charged. There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time.
